Thank you very much for the amazing job that Custom Fit Remodeling did on our kitchen/mudroom/bathroom renovations.
Everyone from Custom Fit was highly skilled, respectful and courteous. The job was completed in a timely fashion – very close to the timeline you had quoted us. The work site was cleaned up at the end of every day. We appreciated the calendar you provided us with an estimation of what was going to happen on what day.
We are particularly thrilled with the custom made mudroom bench that you crafted in your shop. It is beautiful, functional, and a perfect match to the semi-custom cabinets that were installed. You are true craftsmen.
It was a pleasure to work with Pam on the design of the remodel, as well as on making decisions on the countertop, backsplash, cabinets, hardware, sinks, faucets, floor tile, paint color, etc. Her expertise was invaluable and she was absolutely tireless!
Please extend our thanks as well to Joe, Lou, Bill and all of the subcontractors who worked so hard to make our dream a reality. When asked how we like our new kitchen/mudroom/ bathroom, we often find ourselves telling people, “ We love the way it looks, and we love the way it works!” What more could anyone want?

Dear Jim and Joe,
Let this letter serve as a ringing endorsement for your remodeling services. Our kitchen is beautiful!!! Equally as important, the remodeling process that we had dreaded was surprisingly easy and hassle free.
Despite many glowing recommendations from friends who had used your services in the past, Rich and I were amazed to find that you were able to complete the entire remodeling of our kitchen in just four weeks, as promised. The schedule that you provided enabled us to keep track of your progress and we were surprised that you were able to stick to it almost to the day.
In fact, we had never before seen a contractor put together a work calendar so specific and put themselves on the line for actually following through with it. When we questioned whether the timing was realistic, you assured us that it was, and did not give yourselves the wiggle room to delay as many contractors would. At the end of the day, you were true to your word and true to your calendar, which in our book, places you way out in front of 99% of other contractors --- and that is before we even consider the work quality!
The end result of your work was a gorgeous kitchen. The subcontractors that you hired were equally efficient and professional and you easily coordinated the entire project. Both of you were readily available by cell or email to answer any questions we had, and responded immediately to any issues that arose.
Custom Fit Remodeling is an efficient and professional business and one that we have and will continue to recommend to friends who are looking to remodel their kitchens and homes.

Two years ago today we were anticipating a major kitchen renovation that would transform one half of the first floor of our home. The planning was complete, the cabinets and appliances were ordered and we had signed a contract with Custom Fit Remodeling to handle all of the construction. We have enjoyed our new kitchen every single day since the project was completed and, believe it or not, we enjoyed the transformation as it was taking place as well.
Jim set a detailed schedule and went over every step with us prior to the start of demolition. While we were skeptical, this schedule was adhered to throughout the project. Jim planned for the renovation to take 7-8 weeks and we were using our new kitchen in about 9 weeks (and we added several tasks as the project unfolded). As part of our renovation we moved walls, made major changes to the outside walls, completely changed the plumbing and wiring and created two new rooms along with installing the new cabinets, counters and appliances. New doors were added and old ones moved. New windows were installed in new places and old windows were eliminated. We were impressed that progress was made almost every single day during the 8 weeks of construction and by the fact that the sub-contractors were carefully scheduled to allow the time line to be compressed.
As impressive as the job organization was, the reason that we love our kitchen two years later is that, simply put, Joe is a craftsman and Louie is well on his way to being one. We do not state this lightly. When problems presented themselves they would nod and say they would think about it and they would always come up with ingenious solutions. In particular, there was much thought put into how to create a new mantle that would fit with the new kitchen. Joe created the perfect mantle for the space. Their workmanship has withstood the test of time; the kitchen looks just as good today as it did the day the job was completed.
If there is a construction company in existence that combines the organizational skills and craftsmanship of Custom Fit we have not found it. In fact, we have had them complete a second project since the kitchen and we are currently working with them to plan a major master suite renovation to be done some time this year. We would recommend them without hesitation.
